FAQ - What is the cost to rent the space?
To rent the entire space for a private event - you need to TEXT 469-836-5435 to get a quote from the owner.
To have a party/event during our open hours, there is a rental charge, but it depends on the day and the time. Complete the form and someone will reach out to you.
A $50 deposit is required to confirm the booking. Your date is not reserved until your deposit is paid. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not receive a refund.
If catering is required, 50% of the cost must be paid 1 week prior to the event. The remaining balance must be paid before any food is put out for the event.
There is a $75 cleaning fee for groups of 10 or more.
If your event is on a Friday or Saturday there is a $150 fee for the DJ. You may book a band instead of the DJ at your expense-we would need to know a week in advance.
A valid credit card must be on file prior to the event for open bar, incidentals, etc.
